An audio guestbook is a vintage-style phone that lets your guests leave heartfelt voice messages during your event. Instead of signing a traditional book, they simply pick up the phone, hear your personalised greeting, and record a message. After the event, you’ll receive all the recordings in digital form.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It’s super simple! Your guests lift the receiver, listen to your pre-recorded greeting, and leave their message after the beep. Once they hang up, the message is automatically saved.

DO I NEED WI-FI OR ELECTRICITY?

No — the phone is completely self-contained and battery-powered. It works perfectly anywhere, indoors or outdoors (just make sure it’s protected from rain, dust, and direct sunlight).

CAN I RECORD MY OWN GREETING?

Absolutely! You can record a custom greeting before your event — we’ll guide you through the process.
